About the Role
The Academic Ground Instructor will play a crucial role in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality training programs tailored to a diverse, multicultural audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently create and deliver engaging and effective courses and training materials.
- Conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify and address learning requirements.
- Design, develop, revise, update, and manage initial and refresher CRM (Crew Resource Management) training courses for all crew positions on board NATO E-3A AWACS aircraft.
- Design, develop, revise, update, and manage AIC (Aircrew Instructor Training) courses for all crew positions on board NATO E-3A AWACS aircraft.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, documentation, coordination of training facilities, and planning the annual training calendar.
- Implement and maintain quality management, quality assurance, and quality control measures for courseware.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the on-site system manager for training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, supplemented by a professional certification.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse customer groups.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and service-oriented approach to work.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- CRM Trainer certification according to European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) regulations or national certification, with at least 3 years of CRM teaching experience.
- Prior experience with NATO E-3A AWACS aircraft is highly desirable.
- Eligibility for NATO Security Clearance (Up to NATO SECRET).
