Overview

Role and Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks

+ Creating and Updating Instructors/examiners credentials on STARS/Gemini/Power App

+ Invigilate Pelesys exams for Instructors as assigned.

+ Responsible for all secretarial activities and administration of the office including filing, upkeep of office.

+ Assisting Instructors in the daily activity as requested.

+ Coordinates with training manager for all instructor pilots training requirements, documentation, and follow up for training related issues.

+ Prepare records/check forms and place in the files (All forms need to be typed out/ needs to make sure latest check forms are used from the Authority website).

+ Prepare training completion certificates and obtain signatures by Head of Training/Training Manager

+ Ensure weekly conflict reports are reviewed and approved by Training Managers

+ Ensure that Instructor authorisation expiration reports are generated, reviewed by Training Managers and training planned by schedulers.

+ Online applications for instructor qualifications to various NAAs.

+ Maintain tracking sheet for instructor qualifications submitted and submit Requisitions.

Coordination Tasks

+ Coordinates with training manager for all instructor pilots training requirements, documentation, and follow up for training related issues.

Compliance

+ Ensure that all instructors records are properly completed according to applicable standards
