Challenger 604/605/650 Instructor Pilot

About the Role:
The Instructor Pilot will be responsible for delivering high-quality flight training in both simulator and classroom settings. This includes conducting pre and post-flight briefings, providing comprehensive instruction on various aircraft systems and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and CAE standards.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective flight simulator and ground school instruction in accordance with FAA regulations, CAE curriculum, and specific client needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to guide clients through their training journey.
- Conduct thorough and professional pre and post-flight simulator briefings.
- Complete training records, recommend remedial training as needed, and maintain accurate records of instructional qualifications and activities.
- Contribute to the development of curricula and courseware as a subject matter expert.
- Maintain a "red carpet" customer service approach, tailoring training sessions to meet the diverse needs of the client base.
- Uphold a "true" professional character, fostering a welcoming and productive learning environment.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, effectively conveying information both verbally and in writing across all levels.
Qualifications:
- Unrestricted US FAA ATP certificate.
- Challenger (604/605/650) Type Rating (experience preferred but not required).
- Part 135 experience/qualification preferred but not required.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring, demonstrated through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based applications.
- Willingness to participate in CAE's DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
- Authorization to live and work in the United States.
- Experience flying business aircraft is a plus.
