Synthetic Flight Instructor (Airbus A350)
About the Role:
The company is seeking experienced Synthetic Flight Instructors for Airbus A350 aircraft to join its dedicated training team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional Airbus A350 type rating simulator training, ensuring that pilots achieve and maintain the highest levels of safety and operational proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Airbus A350 Type Rating (TR) simulator training sessions in strict adherence to approved training programs.
- Accurately evaluate and assess the performance and overall proficiency of pilot trainees throughout the TR training syllabus.
- Provide clear, objective, and constructive feedback during post-session debriefings.
- Ensure all training activities fully comply with relevant regulatory requirements and established company training standards.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and continuous enhancement of training curricula and programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum requirement of 10,000 total flight hours experience.
- Holds or has previously held a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Possesses an Airbus A350 SFI (Synthetic Flight Instructor) rating. Recent experience delivering A350 simulator training is preferred.
- Prior experience serving as a Simulator Instructor or Line Training Captain is considered advantageous.
- Demonstrates a strong command of Airbus systems, flight operations procedures, and aviation regulatory frameworks.
- Exhibits excellent communication, interpersonal, and instructional abilities.
- Must meet all regulatory requirements necessary to qualify as a simulator instructor.
