Flexible Roster Options to Suit Your Lifestyle:
Air Niugini understands the importance of work-life balance and offers three distinct roster options:
- Full Time: 28-day roster period with 10 days off, 15 days of sick leave, and 4 weeks of annual leave.
- Commute: 28-day roster period with alternating 18 days ON and 10 days OFF blocks, 15 days of sick leave, and 4 weeks of annual leave.
- Tour Based: 21 days ON, 21 days OFF, and 7 days of sick leave.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1,000 hours multi-engine experience
- Minimum 500 hours on B737 aircraft
- 300 hours of night flight time
- Last flight within the past 12 months
- ICAO Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
- Command Instrument Rating
- Valid pilot medical
- ICAO English Level 5 or above
Desirable Qualification:
- 1,500 hours of command time on any fixed-wing aircraft (highly advantageous for potential command upgrade)
- Operational experience in the Asia Pacific region
