About the Role

CAE Flight Training, a leading aviation training provider located at Moorabbin Airport, Melbourne, Australia, is seeking experienced Flight Instructors. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of aviation by instructing aspiring pilots on single and multi-engine aircraft, specifically the C172. Successful candidates will be integral to developing pilot competency within a dynamic and expansive training environment, with potential for advancement into higher instructor ratings and leadership positions.

Requirements

• FIR Grade 2 Training Endorsement or higher
• Current Flight Instructor Proficiency Check
• Command Instrument Rating (current)
• Demonstrated experience with 1st and subsequent solo authorizations
• Authorization to work in Australia
• A strong passion for flight instruction and teaching
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• High levels of personal integrity and a strong ethical compass

Qualifications

• Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)
