Job Description
The ERJ 145 Instructor Pilot will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and training to pilots operating the ERJ 145 aircraft. This role requires a deep understanding of aircraft systems, flight operations, and training methodologies.
Responsibilities

Conduct ground school and simulator training for ERJ 145 pilots.

Assess pilot performance and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERJ 145 operations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Required:

ERJ 145 type rating.

Previous instructional experience is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid pilot license and medical certificate.
