• Conducting rigorous simulator training sessions (e.g., initial type ratings, recurrent training, and proficiency checks) utilizing advanced Full Flight Simulators (FFS).
• Providing expert academic instruction in CRJ systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and emergency protocols.
• Accurately evaluating pilot performance and documenting training progression in alignment with organizational standards and governing aviation authority requirements.
• Maintaining currency and proficiency in all aspects of CRJ operations and instructional techniques.
