Overview
An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled and experienced Hawker 800 XPi Instructor Pilot. The successful candidate will join a dedicated flight operations team, responsible for providing expert ground and flight instruction on the Hawker 800 XPi aircraft type. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest levels of pilot proficiency, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive ground school and flight training sessions specific to the Hawker 800 XPi aircraft.
- Conduct pilot evaluations, check rides, and recurrent training programs.
- Develop and update training materials in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and complete training records for all instructed personnel.
- Monitor pilot performance and provide constructive feedback and guidance.
- Ensure all training activities are conducted in a safe and professional manner.
- Stay current with aircraft systems, procedures, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess appropriate and current pilot licenses and ratings (e.g., Airline Transport Pilot License or equivalent).
- Hold a Hawker 800 XPi type rating or demonstrated extensive experience on the aircraft type.
- Possess relevant instructor qualifications (e.g., Certified Flight Instructor - Instrument or equivalent).
- Significant flight hours and proven experience as a pilot, preferably in corporate or business aviation.
- Demonstrated experience as an aviation instructor, particularly on multi-engine jet aircraft.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and instructional skills.
- Ability to meet all medical and security requirements for the position.
