CAE, a global leader in civil aviation, defense, and security training with 70 years of industry experience, is seeking several highly qualified Flight Instructors to join its team in Bremen, Germany. This is a permanent position focusing on Multi-Engine Piston training. The Flight Instructor will deliver ground and flight instruction, collaborating with international colleagues to ensure timely program delivery, adherence to safety standards, and the highest professional training quality.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct flight training for students in both aircraft and simulators, specifically focusing on Multi-Engine Piston (MEP) operations. This includes delivering comprehensive pre- and post-flight briefings.
- Maintain accurate training records and provide grading within the designated system.
- Participate in training reviews as needed.
- Attend standardization meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- Extensive professional experience as a Flight Instructor.
- Prior teaching experience within a registered flight academy (ATO) is preferred.
- Exceptional English language proficiency, ideally at Level 5 or 6.
- Must possess the following licenses: EASA Part-MED license with first-class privileges, EASA Commercial Pilot License (Airplane) with a valid MEP rating, and an EASA Flight Instructor (Airplane) rating with at least CPL, MEP, and Night qualifications, preferably MEP-IR.
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance (ZÜP).
Qualified Single Engine Instructors FI(A), particularly those with an IR add-on, will be considered for an upgrade to FI MEP. The successful candidate will become a valued member of an international team dedicated to training our military clients.
