CAE | A320 Instructor

CAE is seeking an experienced Flight Simulator Instructor specializing in the A320 aircraft to join their training team in Seoul. This position focuses on delivering high-quality simulation training, contributing to the development of training materials, and diligently overseeing student progression in accordance with stringent regulatory requirements.

About the Role

• Conduct A320 simulator training sessions.
• Develop and update courseware to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Monitor and assess student performance throughout the training program.
• Ensure all training activities adhere to current civil aviation regulations.

Requirements

• A valid A320 type rating (current or historical).
• A minimum of 2000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience on multi-crew jet transport aircraft, or 1000 hours PIC on the A320.
• An ICAO-recognized ATPL, CPL, or MPL license.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.
• A Flight Instructor Rating or an equivalent certification.
• Previous experience as a Flight Simulator Instructor or Type Rating Instructor is preferred.
• Experience within an Airline or Approved Training Organization (ATO) is desirable.
• Familiarity with civil aviation regulations pertinent to training.
• A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience working in multicultural settings.
• Proficiency in basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform effectively in a remote working environment.
• A motivated and disciplined work ethic.
