Bulgaria Air, the national airline of Bulgaria, is seeking experienced and dedicated Full-Time Captains and First Officers to join its flight crew team based in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is an exciting opportunity for highly qualified aviation professionals type-rated on the Airbus A320 to support the airline's expanding scheduled operations across Europe and the EMEA region.

Qualifications
Prospective Captains and First Officers must possess the following essential qualifications:
- Valid EU FCL Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Valid EASA Medical Certificate Class 1.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- For Captains: A minimum of 4,000 flight hours, with at least 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command on the Airbus A320 type.
- For First Officers (FOs): A minimum of 1,500 flight hours.
Requirements
Candidates should also meet these operational and personal criteria:
- A minimum of 200 flight hours flown within the last 12 months.
- A clean criminal record.
- Demonstrated excellence in Crew Resource Management (CRM).
- High levels of self-motivation and a strong commitment to the highest standards of aviation safety and responsibility.
