Position Overview

A prominent regional airline operating BAe Jetstream 41 aircraft across diverse domestic and international routes in Africa is actively seeking qualified and motivated Jetstream 41 First Officers. This role offers a compelling 6-month contract with the potential for extension.

Contract Details

Remuneration and Benefits

  • Monthly Net Salary: USD 5,000
  • Flight Hours: Up to 85 hours per month
  • Accommodation: Provided

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Valid Pilot Licence with a Jetstream 41 type rating endorsement.
  • A minimum of 1,000 hours of Total Flight Time.
  • At least 500 hours of Second-in-Command (SIC) time on the Jetstream 41.
  • Completed Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) qualification.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Current Proficiency Check (PPC) / Operator Proficiency Check (OPC) on the Jetstream 41.
  • English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4 or above.

While current Jetstream 41 flying experience is preferred, pilots possessing a valid type rating are encouraged to apply. The airline will provide recurrent training prior to the commencement of duties.
