The Role
Captains and First Officers will play a pivotal role in delivering an unparalleled level of service and safety for the airline's distinguished VIP clientele. Successful candidates will operate state-of-the-art Gulfstream G700, G600, or G500 aircraft, upholding the highest standards of professional conduct and operational excellence.
Key Requirements
Applicants must meet the following stringent qualifications:
- Flight Hours:
- Captains: A minimum of 1500 total flight hours, including 200 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours on type (G700, G600, or G500).
- First Officers: A minimum of 1000 total flight hours, including 200 Second in Command (SIC) hours on type (G700, G600, or G500).
- Type Rating: A valid G700, G600, or G500 type rating formally endorsed on the applicant's license.
- Medical Certificate: A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Recency: Documented flight or simulator experience on type within the last six months.
- English Language Proficiency: A minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4.
Compensation & Benefits Package
The airline offers a highly competitive and comprehensive remuneration package designed to attract top-tier aviation talent:
- Roster: An attractive 4 weeks ON, 4 weeks OFF rotation schedule.
- Basic Monthly Net Pay:
- Captain: 16,000 USD NET per month.
- First Officer: 10,000 USD NET per month.
- Flight Allowance: From 4,080 USD per month (calculated at 170 USD per flight hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 24 flight hours per month).
- Per Diem: 120 USD per day.
- Accommodation Allowance: 1,350 USD per month.
- Additional Benefits: Crew meals, positioning flights, comprehensive medical insurance, and support for working visa arrangements.
- Contract: A secure two-year contract, with excellent prospects for renewal.
