Position Overview
The airline is actively recruiting Russian- or Korean-speaking Entry-Level Cabin Crew. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers, providing exceptional customer service, and upholding the airline's high standards.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Age Requirement: Candidates must be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Education: Minimum completion of Secondary Education or equivalent is required.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken English is mandatory. Candidates must also be fluent in either Russian or Korean. Proficiency in both English and Russian, or English and Korean, is essential.
- Health and Fitness: An excellent level of health and fitness is a prerequisite.
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in the customer service field will be considered an advantage.
Physical Requirements:
- Height:
- Female: Minimum 5 feet 2 inches (157cm)
- Male: Minimum 5 feet 4 inches (162cm)
Height must be in proportion to weight.
- Vision: Normal vision, with contact lenses being acceptable.
- Medical Certificate: Candidates must be able to obtain an Aviation Medical Certificate applicable to cabin crew members. This medical assessment will be conducted in the Maldives.
Terms and Benefits
- Contract: 1-year renewable contract.
- Start Date: January 2026.
- Location: Maldives.
- Salary: Basic salary up to USD 2,500 per month.
