Senior First Officer (Embraer E170/190) - Africa
A newly established African airline operating regional services with an Embraer E170/190 fleet is currently seeking experienced Senior First Officers for immediate, direct-hire opportunities. This role offers an excellent path for expat pilots to join a fast-growing carrier, with potential for future command upgrades based on performance.
Position Requirements

Valid ATPL or CPL with an E170/190 type rating (all licenses accepted).

Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.

Minimum of 1,500 hours total flying time.

Minimum of 500 SIC hours on the Embraer E170/190.

English Proficiency Level (EPL) 4 or higher.

Clean accident/incident and criminal record.
Terms and Conditions

Contract: 2-year renewable direct-hire contract.

Location: Africa.

Salary: USD 5,000 – 6,000 per month (commensurate with experience).

Roster: 12 weeks on, 4 weeks off.

Flight Hours: Average of 80 hours per month.

Benefits: Includes provided accommodation and meals, positioning flight tickets for rotations, and ground transportation.
