E170/190 Senior First Officers – Africa

A newly established African airline is currently seeking qualified E170/190 Senior First Officers for an immediate, direct-hire opportunity. This position offers a professional environment with a fast-track command upgrade path based on performance.

Position Overview

Successful candidates will join a fast-growing airline operating regional services. This role is offered as a two-year renewable contract with an immediate start date.

Candidate Requirements

  • Valid ATPL or CPL with an E170/190 type rating.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical certificate.
  • Minimum of 1,500 hours total flying time.
  • Minimum of 500 SIC hours on E170/190 aircraft.
  • English Proficiency Level (EPL) 4 or above.
  • Documented non-accident/incident record.
  • Clean criminal record.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: USD 5,000 – 6,000 (commensurate with experience).
  • Roster: 12 weeks on, 4 weeks off.
  • Average flight time: 80 hours per month.
  • Provided Benefits: Accommodation and meals, positioning flight tickets for rotations, and ground transportation.
