Senior First Officer - E170/190 | Africa

An emerging African airline is currently seeking experienced E170/190 Senior First Officers to join their growing regional operations. This position offers a direct-hire contract with the airline and presents a clear pathway for a fast-track command upgrade based on individual performance.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will conduct regional flight operations on Embraer E170/190 aircraft, adhering to the highest safety and operational standards.

Candidate Requirements

  • Valid ATPL or CPL with an E170/190 type rating.
  • Current Class 1 Medical certificate.
  • Minimum of 1,500 hours total flying time.
  • Minimum of 500 SIC hours on the E170/190.
  • English Proficiency Level (EPL) 4 or above.
  • Clean record regarding aviation accidents and incidents.
  • Clean criminal record.

Terms and Compensation

  • Contract Type: 2-year renewable, direct-hire employment.
  • Compensation: USD 5,000 – 6,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
  • Roster: 12 weeks ON / 4 weeks OFF.
  • Utilization: Average of 80 flight hours per month.
  • Benefits: Provided accommodation, meals, ground transportation, and positioning flight tickets for scheduled rotations.
