An emerging African airline is currently seeking experienced E170/190 Senior First Officers to join their growing regional operations. This position offers a direct-hire contract with an attractive path toward a fast-track command upgrade based on individual performance.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will join a regional operation on a renewable two-year contract. This role requires an immediate start and offers a competitive monthly salary package of up to USD 6,000, complemented by comprehensive expat benefits.

Candidate Requirements

  • Hold a valid ATPL or CPL with an E170/190 type rating.
  • Possess a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Minimum of 1,500 hours total flying time.
  • Minimum of 500 SIC hours on E170/190 aircraft.
  • English Proficiency Level (EPL) 4 or higher.
  • Clean accident/incident and criminal record.

Terms and Compensation

  • Contract Type: Direct Hire (2-year, renewable).
  • Salary: USD 5,000 – 6,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
  • Roster: 12 weeks on, 4 weeks off rotation.
  • Flight Operations: Average of 80 hours per month.
  • Benefits: Includes accommodation, meals, ground transportation, and positioning flights for rotations.
