A newly established African airline operating regional services with Embraer E170/190 aircraft is seeking experienced E170/190 Training and Line Captains for immediate start on a direct-hire basis. This role is based in Africa and offers a competitive salary package.

About the Role

The airline is actively recruiting for E170/190 Training and Line Captains. Successful candidates will be directly hired by the airline and offered a renewable 2-year contract, with an immediate start date. This is a significant opportunity for experienced pilots to join a growing airline.

Requirements

• ATP Licence with a valid E170/190 rating.
• Valid Medical Class 1 certificate.
• English Proficiency Level (EPL) 4 or above.
• A clean accident and incident record.
• A clean criminal record.
• Minimum flying hours:
  • 5,000 hours for Training Captains.
  • 3,000 hours for Line Captains.
• At least 1,000 PIC (Pilot in Command) hours on the E170/190 aircraft type.

Terms and Benefits

• Direct hire by the airline with a 2-year renewable contract.

• Location: Africa.
• Salary Package (monthly):
  • Training Captains: USD 11,000 - 12,000.
  • Line Captains: USD 9,000 - 10,000.
  Note: Salary is dependent on experience.
• Roster:
  • Training Captains: 9 weeks ON, 3 weeks OFF.
  • Line Captains: 12 weeks ON, 4 weeks OFF (negotiable).
  Average of 80 flight hours per month.
