A newly established African airline operating regional services with Embraer E170/190 aircraft is seeking experienced E170/190 Training and Line Captains for immediate start on a direct-hire basis. This role is based in Africa and offers a competitive salary package.
About the Role
The airline is actively recruiting for E170/190 Training and Line Captains. Successful candidates will be directly hired by the airline and offered a renewable 2-year contract, with an immediate start date. This is a significant opportunity for experienced pilots to join a growing airline.
Requirements

ATP Licence with a valid E170/190 rating.

Valid Medical Class 1 certificate.

English Proficiency Level (EPL) 4 or above.

A clean accident and incident record.

A clean criminal record.

Minimum flying hours:

5,000 hours for Training Captains.

3,000 hours for Line Captains.

At least 1,000 PIC (Pilot in Command) hours on the E170/190 aircraft type.

Salary Package (monthly):

Training Captains: USD 11,000 - 12,000.

Line Captains: USD 9,000 - 10,000.
Note: Salary is dependent on experience.

Training Captains: 9 weeks ON, 3 weeks OFF.

Line Captains: 12 weeks ON, 4 weeks OFF (negotiable).
Average of 80 flight hours per month.
