A newly established African airline, specializing in regional services with its modern fleet of Embraer E170/190 aircraft, is currently expanding its operational capabilities across the continent.

The Opportunity

The airline is actively seeking highly qualified and experienced E170/190 Training and Line Captains for immediate, direct-hire positions. This represents an exceptional opportunity for expat pilots to contribute to a dynamic and fast-growing aviation enterprise in Africa.

Key Requirements

Prospective candidates must meet the following stringent criteria:

• Possession of an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Licence with a valid E170/190 rating.
• A valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Demonstrated total flying hours:
  • Training Captains: A minimum of 5,000 total flying hours.
  • Line Captains: A minimum of 3,000 total flying hours.
• At least 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours specifically on E170/190 aircraft.
• English Proficiency Level (EPL) 4 or above.
• A clean professional record, free from any accidents or incidents.
• No criminal record.

Terms and Benefits

This direct-hire role offers a comprehensive and attractive package designed to secure top aviation talent:

• Contract Length: An initial one-year term, with potential for renewal based on performance and operational needs.
• Start Date: Immediate commencement is highly preferred.
• Location: Operational bases across Africa.
• Full Salary Package:
  • Training Captains: Between USD 11,000 and 12,000 per month.
  • Line Captains: Between USD 9,000 and 10,000 per month.

  Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.

• Roster Pattern:
  • Training Captains: A structured roster of 9 weeks ON duty followed by 3 weeks OFF duty.
  • Line Captains: A roster of 12 weeks ON duty followed by 4 weeks OFF duty (negotiable terms may be considered).
• Full Benefits Package:
  • Provided accommodation and meals.
  • Positioning flight tickets for rotations.
  • Ground transportation.
