Position Overview

The airline is looking for qualified Direct Entry Captains who hold a valid EASA license. Successful candidates will be provided with a full type-rating course, enabling them to operate the airline's state-of-the-art aircraft.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A valid EASA ATPL(A) license.
  • A current EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • A minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency of Level 4 or higher.
  • A minimum of 4,000 total flight hours in Commercial Air Transport (CAT) operations on modern aircraft equipped with EFIS, FMA, and FMS.
  • A minimum of 2,000 flight hours on multi-pilot, multi-engine turbine aircraft (CS-25).
  • A minimum of 1,000 hours of command experience on a CS-25 aircraft.

Terms, Remuneration, and Benefits

The airline offers a comprehensive and competitive package designed to attract top-tier aviation professionals. Employment is offered on a full-time basis, following a three-month probationary period. A full type-rating is provided by the airline, covered by a standard three-year training bond.

Roster and Salary Packages (Effective from January 1, 2026)

1. Commuting Roster (Available to EU Residents)

  • Pattern: 13 consecutive days on, followed by 10 consecutive days off.
  • Base: A designated home base in Europe will be assigned, subject to change based on operational requirements.
  • Salary: A guaranteed annual base salary ranging from €96,390 to €106,590 gross, dependent on experience. Planned productivity can increase average annual earnings to €130,800.
  • Allowances: A daily Flying Payment of €200, which increases annually.
  • Support: Accommodation and positioning flights are provided by the airline.

2. Base Roster (Open to All Nationalities with a valid EASA License)

Candidates may choose between two patterns:

  • A flexible roster with a minimum of 10 days off per month and limited layovers.
  • A fixed roster with a 5 days on / 3 days off pattern, with no layover restrictions.
  • Salary: A guaranteed annual base salary ranging from €113,400 to €125,400 gross, dependent on experience. Planned productivity can increase average annual earnings to €153,680.
  • Allowances: A daily Flying Payment of €200, which increases annually.

Application and Assessment Process

Candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be invited to participate in a multi-stage selection process.

Stage 1: Online Assessment

An initial 40-minute online test covering logical reasoning and personality-related tasks.

Stage 2: On-site Assessment (Two Days)

Candidates who successfully pass the online test will be invited to a two-day on-site assessment.

  • Day 1: Includes a SIM assessment, a technical interview, and a comprehensive computer-based test measuring cognitive abilities (duration: approx. 4 hours).
  • Day 2: Following successful completion of Day 1, candidates will undergo a psychological assessment (including a personality test and an interview with a psychologist) and a final management interview with representatives from Human Resources and the Chief Pilot.
