About the Airline

A rapidly expanding, innovative European airline, renowned for its young and modern fleet and commitment to operational excellence, is seeking to augment its distinguished team of pilots. This established carrier offers a dynamic environment for experienced aviation professionals.

Position Overview

The airline is actively recruiting highly skilled and experienced Direct Entry Captains. Successful candidates will benefit from comprehensive type training provided by the airline, ensuring a seamless transition to their state-of-the-art aircraft.

Key Requirements

Prospective Captains must meet the following stringent criteria:

  • Possession of a valid EU ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence).
  • Holding a valid EASA Medical Class 1 certificate.
  • Demonstrated ICAO English proficiency Level 4 or higher.
  • A minimum of 4,000 total flight hours in Commercial Air Transport (CAT) operations on modern aircraft equipped with EFIS, FMA, and FMS systems.
  • At least 2,000 hours on multi-pilot/multi-engine turbine airplanes (CS-25 certified aircraft).
  • A minimum of 1,000 hours of Command experience on a CS-25 certified aircraft.

Employment Terms & Compensation

The airline offers full-time employment commencing with a standard three-month probationary period. Type-rating costs are fully covered by the airline, subject to a three-year service bond.

Roster Options (Effective from 1st January 2026):

1. Commuting Roster (EU Residents Only)

This option provides a favourable 13 days ON - 10 days OFF roster pattern (in a row). Captains will be assigned a home base within Europe, which may be subject to change based on the airline's operational needs.

  • Monthly Salary: An annual guaranteed base salary ranging from €96,390 gross up to €106,590, depending on previous experience. With planned productivity, the average annual earnings can reach up to €130,800.
  • Flying Payment: €200 per flying day (with annual increases).
  • Accommodation and positioning flights are provided.

2. Base Rosters (Open to Non-EU Residents)

This option offers flexibility for Captains of all nationalities, provided they hold a valid EASA Licence. Candidates can choose between two patterns:

  • A flexible roster guaranteeing a minimum of 10 days off per calendar month with limited layovers, OR
  • A fixed roster featuring a 5 days ON - 3 days OFF pattern with no layover restrictions.
  • Monthly Salary: An annual guaranteed base salary ranging from €113,400 up to €125,400, depending on previous experience. With planned productivity, the average annual earnings can reach up to €153,680.
  • Flying Payment: €200 per flying day (with annual increases).

General Information

The Base Roster option is open to candidates of all nationalities, provided they hold a valid EASA Licence. The airline values diversity and welcomes international applicants.

Application Process

Upon meeting the minimum requirements, applicants will receive comprehensive selection details and an invitation to the assessment process.

Initial Stage:

  • An online test, approximately 40 minutes in duration, comprising logical reasoning and personality-related tasks.

Successful candidates from the online test will be invited to an onsite assessment, which spans two stages over two days:

Onsite Assessment - Day 1:

  1. A comprehensive Simulator (SIM) assessment combined with a technical interview.
  2. A four-hour computer-based test designed to measure cognitive abilities.

Onsite Assessment - Day 2 (for candidates successful on Day 1):

  1. A psychological assessment, including a personality test and an interview with a qualified psychologist.
  2. A management interview with the Human Resources department and the Chief Pilot.
