The Opportunity: Direct Entry Captain
The carrier is actively recruiting highly skilled and professional Direct Entry Captains holding a valid EASA Licence. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive type rating training provided by the airline, subject to a standard training bond.
Minimum Professional Requirements
Prospective Direct Entry Captains must satisfy the following essential criteria:
- Possession of a valid EU Air Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
- Current and valid EASA Medical Class 1 Certificate.
- Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- A minimum of 4,000 total flight hours accrued in Commercial Air Transport (CAT) operations on modern aircraft equipped with EFIS, FMA, and FMS systems.
- At least 2,000 flight hours on multi-pilot/multi-engine turbine airplanes (CS-25 certified aircraft).
- A minimum of 1,000 hours of Command experience as Pilot in Command (PIC) on a CS-25 aircraft.
- Proven prior flying experience within the European Union (EU).
Terms and Compensation
This is a full-time employment opportunity, beginning with a three-month probation period. The initial type rating cost is covered by the airline and is subject to a three-year bond.
Roster Options (Effective from 1st January 2026)
Option 1: Commuting Roster (Exclusively for EU Residents)
- Roster Pattern: 13 days ON followed by 10 consecutive days OFF.
- Base Assignment: Pilots will be assigned a home base within Europe; base location is subject to change based on the airline's operational requirements.
- Compensation Structure:
- Guaranteed Annual Base Salary: Ranging from €96,390 gross up to €106,590 gross, depending on previous experience.
- Planned Productivity Average: Potential annual earnings up to €130,800.
- Flying Payment: €200 per day (subject to annual increase).
- Logistics: Accommodation and positioning flights are provided.
Option 2: Base Roster (Open to EU and Non-EU Residents)
This option offers flexibility and welcomes applications from all nationalities, provided the EASA license and prior EU flying experience requirements are met.
- Roster Patterns Offered:
- Flexible Roster: A minimum of 10 days off per calendar month with limited layovers, or
- Fixed Roster: A consistent 5 days ON followed by 3 days OFF pattern, with no layover restrictions.
- Compensation Structure:
- Guaranteed Annual Base Salary: Ranging from €113,400 gross up to €125,400 gross, depending on previous experience.
- Planned Productivity Average: Potential annual earnings up to €153,680.
- Flying Payment: €200 per day (subject to annual increase).

Application and Assessment Process
Candidates meeting the minimum professional requirements will receive full selection details and an invitation to the comprehensive assessment process.
Stage 1: Online Screening
- A 40-minute online test assessing logical reasoning and personality traits.
Stage 2: On-site Assessment (2 Days)
Successful completion of the online test leads to an invitation to the two-day on-site assessment. Flight tickets (within the airline's network) and discounted hotel accommodation are provided for the assessment period.
Day 1
- Simulator (SIM) assessment followed by a Technical interview.
- A four-hour computer-based test measuring cognitive abilities.
Day 2 (If Day 1 is successful)
- A comprehensive Psychological assessment, including a personality test and an interview with a qualified psychologist.
- Management interview conducted by HR representatives and the Chief Pilot.
