EASA Direct Entry Captain - Europe
A rapidly expanding and innovative European airline, boasting a modern fleet, seeks highly skilled and experienced EASA Direct Entry Captains to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to obtain a new aircraft type rating and advance a pilot's aviation career.
Position
The airline is currently seeking qualified Direct Entry Captains holding a valid EASA Licence. Type training on the airline's aircraft will be provided.
Requirements
- Valid EU ATPL license
- Valid EASA Medical Class 1
- ICAO English 4 or higher
- At least 4,000 total flight hours of CAT operations on modern aircraft with EFIS, FMA, and FMS systems
- At least 2,000 hours on multi-pilot/engine turbine airplane (CS-25)
- At least 1,000 hours of Command experience on a CS-25 aircraft
Terms
- Starting Date: April - May 2025
- Employment: Full-time, with a 3-month probation period
- Type-rating: Covered with a 3-year bond
- Working Base: Europe
- Joining Bonus: €15,000
Monthly Remuneration (before tax - tax rate at 33%):
- 1st Year: €7,500 (base salary*) + €1,840 (productivity**) + €450 (Duty trip compensation**)
- 3rd Year: €8,300 + €2,070 + €450
- 5th Year: €8,900 + €2,090 + €450
*Guaranteed payment for a full month worked.
** Average monthly.
