Direct Entry Captain - European Airline
Our client, a rapidly expanding and innovative European airline with a young and modern fleet, is seeking experienced Direct Entry Captains.
Position: Direct Entry Captain
The airline will provide type training.
Requirements:
- Valid EU ATPL license
- Valid EASA Medical Class 1
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- Minimum of 4,000 total flight hours in CAT operations on modern aircraft equipped with EFIS, FMA, and FMS systems.
- Minimum of 2,000 hours on multi-pilot/engine turbine airplane (CS-25).
- Minimum of 1,000 hours of Command experience on a CS-25 aircraft.
Terms:
- Starting Date: April - May 2025
- Employment: Full-time with a 3-month probation period
- Type-rating covered with a 3-year bond
- Working Base: Europe
- Joining Bonus: €15,000
- Monthly Remuneration (before 33% tax):
- 1st Year: €7,500 (base salary*) + €1,840 (productivity**) + €450 (Duty trip compensation**)
- 3rd Year: €8,300 + €2,070 + €450
- 5th Year: €8,900 + €2,090 + €450
*Guaranteed payment for a full month worked.
**Average monthly.
- Flexible Roster: Minimum of 11 days off per month, including 2 blocks of 4 days off.
- Opportunity to bid for preferred days off and flights.
- Roster for the next month published 14 calendar days in advance.
