The ideal candidate possesses a minimum total flight time of 4,000 hours and demonstrates significant experience in passenger operations, encompassing both domestic and international flight sectors. Specific requirements include 1,000 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience on jet aircraft. A current rating on the ERJ 145 is highly desirable; however, candidates without an ERJ 145 type rating may also be considered.
