The Opportunity: EASA B737NG First Officer

The airline is actively seeking dedicated and highly skilled EASA B737NG First Officers for a permanent hire position. This role is crucial for their ongoing ACMI operations and represents a significant career opportunity for individuals aspiring to long-term employment within Europe's aviation sector. Successful candidates are expected to commence duties as early as March 2026.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective First Officers must meet the following essential criteria:

• Possession of a valid and current EASA ATPL or CPL with ATPL Theory Credits.
• A valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Current B737NG Type-rating with Instrument Rating (IR) endorsement.
• A minimum of 1,000 total flying hours.
• At least 500 hours Second-in-Command (SIC) on the B737NG aircraft type.
• Preferably, the last flight on type should have been within the past 12 months.
• Demonstrated legal rights to live and work within the European Union (EU).

Compensation and Benefits

This permanent pilot contract offers a comprehensive and attractive package designed to reward expertise and commitment:

• Employment Type: Permanent Hire, ensuring long-term career stability.
• Operating Bases: Strategically located across Europe.
• Remuneration: A competitive basic pay of €75,000 per annum, supplemented by generous allowances, including per diems and block hour payments. This structure provides a potential monthly remuneration of up to €7,130.
• Working Patterns:
  • Summer: Choose between a 7 Days ON – 5 Days OFF or 16 Days ON – 12 Days OFF roster.
  • Winter: A 20 Days ON – 14 Days OFF roster.

  (Note: Positioning days are not included in the 'Days OFF' count.)

• Positioning Flights: Fully provided by the company.
• Accommodation: Provided when operationally required, specifically when on duty away from the home base.
