The Opportunity

The client is actively seeking dedicated EASA B737NG First Officers for permanent positions. Successful candidates are anticipated to commence their roles as early as March 2026, becoming integral members of a professional and growing flight crew.

Essential Requirements

  • A valid and current EASA ATPL or CPL (accompanied by ATPL Theory Credits).
  • A valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Current B737NG Type Rating with Instrument Rating (IR).
  • A minimum of 1,000 total flying hours.
  • At least 500 hours as Second-in-Command (SIC) on the B737NG aircraft type.
  • Preferably, the last flight on type should be within the past 12 months.
  • Possession of legal rights to live and work within the European Union (EU).

Compensation and Benefits

  • Remuneration: A competitive basic annual salary of €75,000, supplemented by generous allowances including per diems and block hour payments.
  • Working Patterns: Tailored to operational seasons:
    • Summer Season: Options of 7 Days ON – 5 Days OFF or 16 Days ON – 12 Days OFF.
    • Winter Season: A pattern of 20 Days ON – 14 Days OFF.

    Please note: Positioning days are not included within the allocated days off.

  • Positioning Flights: Provided by the company.
  • Accommodation: Furnished when operationally required while on duty away from the home base.
