First Officer – B737NG (EASA)
Our client, a rapidly expanding European airline specializing in ACMI and charter capacity, is seeking qualified First Officers to join their team on a permanent basis. Operating a fleet of B737NG aircraft, the airline supports leisure and seasonal demand across Europe and globally. The anticipated start date for successful candidates is March 2026.
Key Requirements

Valid Current EASA ATPL or CPL (with ATPL Theory Credits).

EASA Class 1 Medical certificate.

Current Type-rating with B737NG IR.

Minimum of 1,000 total flying hours.

Minimum of 500 SIC hours on B737NG.

Recent experience: Last flight on type within the past 12 months (preferred).

Right to live and work in the European Union.
Employment Terms and Benefits
This is a permanent position based in Europe, offering a competitive remuneration package of €75,000 basic annual salary, supplemented by per diems and block hour payments.

Working Patterns:
7 days ON / 5 days OFF, or 16 days ON / 12 days OFF during the summer; 20 days ON / 14 days OFF during the winter (Positioning days are not included in days off).

Travel and Accommodation:
Positioning flights provided; accommodation provided when operationally required while on duty away from home base.

Financial and Welfare:
Loss of Licence cover, travel insurance, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), and company pension plan.

Allowances:
Annual uniform allowance of €500 and annual phone allowance of €500.

Annual Leave:
30 days.
Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of three key stages:

Documentation Screening:
Verification of candidate credentials.

Online Assessment:
Includes an online psychometric assessment and an interview with the Airline HR team.

On-site Assessment:
Comprises a simulator assessment and a technical knowledge evaluation.
