About the Airline

A dynamic and rapidly expanding European airline, specializing in ACMI and charter capacity provision, is seeking qualified pilots. The airline operates a fleet of B737NG aircraft, primarily catering to seasonal and leisure travel demands across Europe and globally.

Position Overview

The airline is actively recruiting for EASA B737NG First Officers to join their team on a permanent basis. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to operate worldwide, with a potential start date as early as March 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate B737NG aircraft in accordance with EASA regulations and airline procedures.
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency during all flights.
  • Contribute to the airline's ACMI and charter operations across its global network.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Valid EASA ATPL or CPL with ATPL Theory Credits.
  • Current EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
  • Current B737NG Type Rating with Instrument Rating (IR).
  • A minimum of 1,000 total flying hours.
  • At least 500 hours as First Officer (SIC) on the B737NG.
  • Recent flying experience on type, ideally within the last 12 months.
  • Legal right to live and work within the European Union.

Terms and Conditions

  • Employment Type: Permanent Hire
  • Monthly Remuneration: Up to €7,130
  • Working Patterns:
    • Summer Schedule: 7 days ON / 5 days OFF or 16 days ON / 12 days OFF
    • Winter Schedule: 20 days ON / 14 days OFF
  • Positioning days are not counted within the days off.
  • Positioning flights and accommodation will be provided.
  • Annual leave entitlement of 30 days per annum.

Selection Process

The selection process is designed to identify top-tier aviation professionals and includes:

  1. Documentation Screening: Initial review of applications and supporting documents.
  2. Online Assessment: This stage involves psychometric testing and an interview with the Airline HR Team.
  3. On-site Assessment: A comprehensive evaluation including a simulator assessment and technical knowledge examination.
