Position Overview
Royal Air Maroc is seeking qualified B737 First Officers to join its esteemed team on a 5-year renewable contract. Commencement dates are anticipated for Winter 2025/2026.
Requirements
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Licence with a valid B737NG/MAX rating.
- Valid Medical Class 1 certificate.
- English proficiency level of ICAO English Language Proficiency (ELP) 4 or above.
- A minimum of 300 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours on the B737NG/MAX aircraft.
- A clean accident and incident record.
- A clean criminal record.
Contract Terms and Benefits
- Contract Length: Initially 1 year, renewable annually up to a total of 5 years.
- Immediate Start: Opportunities available for immediate commencement.
- Base: Casablanca, Morocco.
- Remuneration: Competitive salary package up to €5,500 per month, plus overtime and a loyalty bonus.
- Roster: A structured roster providing 7 days off per month.
