Royal Air Maroc (RAM), the national carrier and largest airline of Morocco, is a leading operator in the African aviation sector. Position Overview

Royal Air Maroc is seeking qualified B737 First Officers to join its flight operations team on a contract basis. This role offers an initial one-year term, renewable for up to five years. Positions are available for immediate commencement, with additional start dates scheduled for the Winter 2025/2026 season.

Candidate Requirements

  • Valid ATP or Frozen ATP Licence with a B737NG/MAX rating.
  • Minimum of 300 Second-in-Command (SIC) hours on B737NG/MAX.
  • Valid Class 1 Medical certificate.
  • EPL Level 4 or above.
  • A documented record free of accidents or incidents.
  • A clean criminal record.
  • Note: All licence types are accepted for this recruitment.

Compensation and Terms

  • Base: Casablanca, Morocco.
  • Remuneration: Up to €5,500 per month, plus overtime and a loyalty bonus.
  • Contract Duration: 1 year, renewable up to a total of 5 years.
  • Roster: 7 days off per month.
  • Leave: 24 days of annual leave and 6 days of sick leave per year.
