The Opportunity: EASA B737NG TRIs & Captains
The airline is actively recruiting qualified EASA B737NG Type Rating Instructors (TRIs) and Captains for permanent positions. Successful candidates are expected to commence duties as early as March 2026, contributing to a dynamic and growing operation within the European aviation sector.
Essential Requirements for Pilot Candidates
Prospective candidates must meet the following essential criteria to be considered for these prestigious B737NG pilot roles:
- Valid and current EASA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Licence.
- Current EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- A current B737NG Type Rating with Instrument Rating (IR) at Command level.
- A minimum of 3,000 total flying hours.
- At least 1,000 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours on B737NG aircraft.
- Preferably, the most recent flight on type within the last 12 months.
- Possession of the legal right to live and work within the European Union.

- Contract Type: Permanent employment.
- Operating Bases: European locations.
- Remuneration: A competitive annual basic salary of €134,000, supplemented by comprehensive allowances including per diems and block hour payments. Type Rating Instructors (TRIs) also receive an additional €300 paid per simulator session.
- Working Patterns:
- Summer: Flexible schedules offering either 7 days on / 5 days off, or 16 days on / 12 days off.
- Winter: A 20 days on / 14 days off roster.
- Note: Positioning days are not counted as part of scheduled days off.
- Positioning Flights: All necessary positioning flights are provided by the company.
- Accommodation: Accommodation is provided when operationally required while on duty away from the designated home base.
- Comprehensive Benefits Package: Includes Loss of Licence Cover, Travel Insurance, an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), and a Company Pension Plan.
- Allowances: An annual Uniform Allowance of €500 and an annual Phone Allowance of €500.

- On-site Assessment: Includes a comprehensive Simulator Assessment and a Technical Knowledge Assessment.
