EASA B737NG TRI & Captain - Permanent Hire for ACMI Operations

About the Opportunity

A dynamic and rapidly expanding European airline is seeking experienced EASA B737NG Type Rating Instructors (TRIs) and Captains for permanent positions. This airline specializes in ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter capacity provision, serving leisure and seasonal demand across Europe and globally with its B737NG fleet.

Position Overview

We are actively recruiting qualified EASA B737NG TRIs and Captains for immediate permanent hire. Successful candidates will commence operations as early as March 2026.

Key Responsibilities

As a TRI or Captain, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, safe and efficient flight operations in accordance with EASA regulations and company procedures. Specific duties for TRIs will involve simulator instruction and training.

Essential Requirements

  • Valid Current EASA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL)
  • Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Current Command Type Rating on the B737NG with Instrument Rating (IR)
  • A minimum of 3,000 total flying hours
  • A minimum of 1,000 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours on the B737NG
  • Recent flight experience on type, ideally within the last 12 months
  • Legal right to live and work within the European Union (EU)

Attractive Terms and Conditions

  • Employment Type: Permanent Hire
  • Monthly Remuneration: Up to €12,500 (TRIs receive an additional €300 per simulator session)
  • Working Patterns: Flexible arrangements including 7 Days On / 5 Days Off or 16 Days On / 12 Days Off during Summer, and 20 Days On / 14 Days Off during Winter. Positioning days are not counted towards days off.
  • Positioning Flights: Provided
  • Accommodation: Provided
  • Annual Leave: 30 days per annum

  1. Documentation Screening: Initial review of submitted applications and supporting documents.
  2. Online Assessment:
    • Online Psychometric Assessment
    • Interview with Airline Human Resources
  3. On-site Assessment:
    • Simulator Assessment
    • Technical Knowledge Evaluation

  5. Last three pages of flight logbook
  6. Valid EU Passport
  7. Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Certificate (if applicable)
  8. Wet Drill Certificate
  9. Full Driving Licence
