Minimum Requirements
Prospective Captains must meet the following essential criteria to be considered for this role:
- Possession of a current EASA ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License)
- A valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
- Current Command Type Rating with Instrument Rating (IR) on the Boeing 737 Next Generation (B737NG)
- A minimum of 3,500 hours Total Time
- A minimum of 1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on the B737NG type
- Last flight on type completed within the last 12 months
- Legal right to live and work in the European Union (EU)
Contract Terms & Benefits
The airline offers a highly competitive remuneration package and comprehensive benefits designed to attract and retain top aviation talent:
- Screening Dates: September/October 2025
- Operator Conversion Course (OCC) Dates: November, December 2025
- Roster Pattern: A favorable 20 days ON / 10 days OFF duty cycle
- Remuneration Structure:
- Basic salary of €6,800 per month (based on 40 monthly minimum block hours)
- Additional payment of €180 per hour for flight time exceeding 40 hours
- Performance-based bonuses
- Indicative monthly remuneration of €15,400 for an average of 85 flying hours
- Ground School Payment: €5,000 per month, commencing at the start of Ground School and concluding upon successful completion of the Operator Conversion Course (OCC) SIM phase.
- Stay & Travel Allowance: €500 per month
- Travel Benefits:
- MyID Travel access for the pilot and up to four family members for the duration of the contract.
- Pilots are responsible for reaching their assigned airline base.
- Transport between the assigned home base and the main base during the 21-day pattern will be covered by the airline.
