Position Summary
The airline is actively seeking highly skilled and experienced EASA B737NG Captains to join its prestigious holding pool for the upcoming 2025-2026 season. Key Responsibilities
As a B737NG Captain, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of Boeing 737NG aircraft during all scheduled and chartered flight operations.
- Maintaining strict adherence to all EASA regulations, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Exercising strong command authority, decisive leadership, and sound decision-making skills to uphold the highest standards of flight safety and operational efficiency.
- Fostering a professional, collaborative, and positive working environment within the flight deck crew.

Candidate Requirements
Prospective Captains must meet the following essential criteria to be considered for this role:
- Possession of a current and valid EASA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
- A valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- A current Command Type Rating with Instrument Rating (IR) endorsed on the Boeing 737NG.
- A minimum of 3,500 hours Total Time.
- A minimum of 1,000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) on the Boeing 737NG type.
- Must have flown on type within the last 12 months.
- Possession of valid rights to live and work in the European Union (EU).
Compensation and Benefits
This opportunity offers a highly competitive remuneration package and attractive terms designed to reward experienced aviation professionals:
- Basic Salary: €6,800 per month (based on 40 monthly minimum block hours).
- Overtime Rate: An additional €180 per hour for block hours exceeding 40 per month.
- Performance Bonuses: Eligibility for further performance-related bonuses.
Exceptional Earning Potential: Based on an average of 85 flying hours per month, Captains can expect to earn approximately €15,400 per month. The remuneration structure is designed to significantly reward higher flight hours.
- Ground School Payment: €5,000 per month, paid from the commencement of Ground School until successful completion of the Operator Conversion Course (OCC) Simulator phase.
- Favorable Roster Pattern: A consistent 20 days ON, 10 days OFF duty roster.
- Stay & Travel Allowance: A generous allowance of €500 per month.
- Travel Benefits: MyID Travel privileges are available for the pilot and up to four (4) family members for the duration of the contract. While the pilot is responsible for reaching their assigned airline base, transport from/to the assigned home base to the main base during the 21-day duty pattern will be comprehensively covered by the airline.
- Ground Transport: Provided by the airline during operational duties.
- Base: Positions are offered across various locations within the airline's network, operating on a floating base system.
Recruitment Timeline

- Operator Conversion Course (OCC) Dates: Commencing in November and December 2025.
