A reputable airline client, specializing in scheduled and chartered flights primarily to leisure destinations across Europe, is actively seeking highly experienced and qualified EASA B737NG Captains. This is an excellent opportunity for aviation professionals who are looking for a long-term seasonal contract, commencing with a holding pool for the 2025-2026 season. The role offers a dynamic floating base model across various European locations.
This position is designed for pilots who thrive in a performance-driven environment, with a potential monthly remuneration of up to €15,400 based on an average of 85 monthly block hours.
Key Requirements
Prospective candidates must meet the following essential criteria:
- Possession of a current EASA ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence).
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Current Command Type Rating with Instrument Rating (IR) on the Boeing 737NG aircraft.
- Minimum of 3,500 hours Total Time.
- Minimum of 1,000 hours Command on Type (Boeing 737NG).
- Last flight conducted within the last 12 months.
- Unrestricted legal rights to live and work within the European Union (EU).
Compensation and Benefits
The contract terms are designed to be competitive and rewarding:
- Screening Dates: Scheduled for September/October 2025.
- Operator Conversion Course (OCC) Dates: Anticipated in November and December 2025.
- Base: A flexible and dynamic floating base model across various European locations.
- Basic Salary: A competitive basic salary of €6,800 per month is provided, complemented by an additional €180 per hour for flight time exceeding 40 monthly minimum block hours, plus performance-based bonuses. This structure ensures that earning potential increases with flight activity.
- Example Remuneration: Based on an average of 85 monthly flying hours, the total remuneration can reach approximately €15,400 per month.
- Ground School Payment: A basic payment of €5,000 per month is provided during ground school, commencing at the start of ground school and concluding upon successful completion of the Operator Conversion Course (OCC) SIM.
- Roster Pattern: A favorable roster pattern of 20 days on duty followed by 10 days off duty.
- Stay & Travel Allowance: A monthly allowance of €500 is provided.
- Travel Benefits: MyID Travel benefits are available for the pilot and up to four family members for the duration of the contract. While the pilot is responsible for initial travel to the airline's assigned base, transport from/to the assigned home base to the main operational base during the 21-day duty pattern will be covered by the airline.
