Position Overview
The airline is actively recruiting experienced EASA B737NG Captains to join a dedicated holding pool for the upcoming 2025-2026 operational season. This presents an excellent opportunity for seasoned aviation professionals seeking a long-term, stable contract within the dynamic European aviation sector.
Minimum Requirements
Prospective Captains must meet the following essential criteria:
- Hold a current EASA ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot Licence).
- Possess a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Maintain a current Command Type Rating on the Boeing 737NG with Instrument Rating (IR).
- Accumulate a minimum of 3,500 hours Total Flight Time.
- Demonstrate at least 1,000 hours of Command Time on the Boeing 737NG type.
- Have flown as a pilot in command on type within the last 12 months.
- Possess the legal right to live and work within the European Union.
Remuneration and Benefits
This esteemed position offers an attractive and comprehensive package, including:
- Screening and Onboarding: Initial screening dates are scheduled for September/October 2025, with Operator Conversion Course (OCC) dates anticipated for November and December 2025.
- Base: Successful candidates will operate from various, flexible bases, embodying a floating base concept across the European network.
- Compensation Structure:
- A competitive basic salary of €6,800 per month, calculated on a minimum of 40 monthly block hours.
- An additional payment of €180 per hour for flight time exceeding 40 hours, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
- Illustrative earning potential: Based on an average of 85 flying hours, Captains can expect to earn approximately €15,400 per month.
- During ground school, a basic payment of €5,000 per month will be provided, commencing with Ground School and concluding upon successful completion of the Operator Conversion Course SIM.
- Roster: An advantageous roster pattern of 20 days ON followed by 10 days OFF, promoting work-life balance.
- Allowances:
- A monthly Stay & Travel Allowance of €500.
- Comprehensive travel benefits, including MyID Travel privileges for the pilot and up to four family members for the duration of the contract.
- While pilots are responsible for initial travel to their assigned base, transport between the assigned home base and the main base during the 21-day duty pattern will be covered by the airline.
- Provision of ground transport for operational requirements.
Selection Process

Phase 1: Initial Screening & Online Assessment
- Comprehensive documentation review.
- Online assessment, comprising an online test and a virtual interview.
Phase 2: On-site Assessment
- Psychological evaluation.
- Simulator (SIM) assessment to evaluate practical flying skills.
- ATPL knowledge tests to confirm theoretical understanding.
- Technical proficiency assessment.
- English language proficiency evaluation.
- Final interview with the selection panel.
