Our Client:
A reputable airline based in central Europe operating scheduled and chartered flights, primarily to desirable leisure destinations, seeks experienced EASA B737NG Captains for the 2025-2026 season.
Position Overview:
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic airline and contribute to its continued success. The selected Captains will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of B737NG aircraft, ensuring a positive passenger experience.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidates possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Current EASA ATPL
- Class 1 Medical
- Current Command Type Rating with IR
- 3,500 hours Total Time
- 1,000 hours Command on type
- Last flight within the last 12 months
- Legal rights to live and work in the EU
Contract Details:
- Duration: January 2025 - October 2026
- 1st January 2025 – 31st October 2025
- 4 months OFF (November 2025 – February 2026)
- 1st March 2026 – 31st October 2026
- Screening Dates: September - December 2024
- Base: Various (floating base)
- Compensation:
- Basic salary (based on 40 monthly minimum block hours): €6,800 per month + €170/hour (for over 40 hours) + Bonuses.
- Earning potential increases with flight hours (example: average of 85 flying hours yields €14,950 per month)
- Ground school payment: €5,000 per month (from commencement to successful completion of Operator Conversion Course SIM)
- Roster: 21 days ON – 9 days OFF
- Allowances:
- Stay & Travel Allowance: €500 per month
- MyID Travel available for the contract duration (pilots are responsible for reaching the airline's base)
- Airline-covered transport between the assigned home base and the main base during the 21-day ON pattern.
- Ground transport provided
