Our esteemed airline client, a prominent Europe-based ACMI operator, is actively seeking highly skilled and experienced EASA-licenced ATR72 Captains. Position: ATR72 Captain
As an ATR72 Captain, the successful candidate will operate the ATR72 aircraft as Commander for a leading ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance) client in Europe. This role demands a high level of professionalism, commitment to safety, and operational excellence.
Key Requirements
Prospective ATR72 Captains must meet the following stringent qualifications:
- Hold a valid EASA Part-FCL Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL-A) or an equivalent ICAO license validated by a Transport Competence Authority (TKA).
- Possess a current and valid ATR42/72 Type Rating.
- Demonstrate significant flight experience, including either:
- A minimum of 1,200 total hours on multi-pilot aircraft with a Maximum Certificated Take-Off Weight (MCTOW) of 5,700 kg or more, acquired as Commander; OR
- A minimum of 200 hours on ATR42/72 aircraft, acquired as Commander.
- Maintain a valid Class I medical certificate in accordance with Part-MED requirements.
- Achieve at least ICAO Language Proficiency Level 4.
- Hold a valid Operator Proficiency Check (OPC).
- Possess a valid Line Check (LC), inclusive of Route and Aerodrome Competence Qualification and recency.
- Be current with all training and checking requirements as stipulated in OMD Chapter 2.1.

Contract Terms & Remuneration
This role is offered on a 12-month renewable contract, providing long-term career stability. The operating base(s) will be confirmed (TBC).
Remuneration is structured to offer flexibility and competitive compensation, with two distinct options:
Option 1: Production Day Based Scheme
- Monthly Guaranteed Pay: Not Applicable (N/A)
- Duty Day Pay: €350
- Payment for Ground Training (recurrent only): €50 per day
- Payment for Simulator Training: €100 per day
- Duty Day for Simulator Training (TRI/TRE duties): €400
- Line Training/Line Check: €25 per day
- Commuting Day: €100
- Office Work: €50 per day
Option 2: Base Monthly Pay Scheme
- Monthly Guaranteed Pay: €2,400
- Duty Day Pay: €285
- Payment for Ground Training (recurrent only): €50 per day
- Payment for Simulator Training: €100 per day
- Duty Day for Simulator Training (TRI/TRE duties): €280
- Line Training/Line Check: €25 per day
- Commuting Day: €100
- Office Work: €50 per day
Additional financial provisions include:
- Per Diem: €35
- Minimum Block Hours (MBH): 60 hours per month
- Roster: A balanced roster of 20 days ON - 10 days OFF
