Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Flight Operations, the A330 First Officer is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations. Successful candidates will benefit from ongoing training and clear career progression pathways within a dynamic, international aviation setting.

Candidate Requirements

  • Valid CASA, EASA, ICAO, or FAA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) or CPL with A330 type rating endorsement.
  • Current First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Minimum of 2,000 total flying hours on multi-crew aircraft.
  • Minimum of 500 hours on type (A330).
  • Last Pilot-in-Command (PIC) flight on type within the past 6 months.
  • Clean safety record with no history of flight accidents or incidents.
  • English language proficiency of ICAO Level 4 or above.

Terms and Benefits

  • Contract: 2-year term (renewable).
  • Compensation: Income based on flight hours (e.g., 70 hours yields USD 8,000 NET/month++).
  • Benefits: Includes flight tickets, ground transportation, health insurance, and family ticket support.
  • Roster Options: Flexible scheduling of 5 weeks on/1 week off or 9 weeks on/2 weeks off.
