With an anticipated expansion of six A320 units in April 2026, the airline is actively seeking skilled pilots to meet growing operational demands.

Position Overview

This role offers a compelling compensation package, with gross salary paid in USD, estimated between $5,000 and $6,500 per month, depending on experience. The contract is initially for one year, renewable, providing excellent stability and a favorable work-life balance. Pilots will benefit from a commuting contract structure, operating on a 6 weeks ON, 2 weeks OFF roster.

Key Responsibilities

As an A320 First Officer, the incumbent will contribute to the airline's busy national and international flight operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Requirements

The airline is specifically looking for qualified candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Hold a valid Frozen ATPL or ATPL.
• Possess a valid A320 type rating.
• Accumulate a minimum of 1,500 total flight hours.
• Have accumulated a minimum of 1,000 flight hours as a First Officer on the Airbus A320 Family.
• Complete a minimum of 500 flight hours on the Airbus A320 within the last 12 months.
• Hold a valid ICAO First Class Medical Certificate.
• No recorded history of alcohol or substance abuse with the relevant Civil Aviation Authority.
• No involvement in an accident or incident where the pilot was found to be at fault.
• Demonstrate English proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher, both verbally and in writing.
