About the Opportunity

A premier airline, recognized as a leading carrier within Euro-Asia, is actively seeking experienced and current A320 First Officers. The airline operates a significant fleet comprising A320, ERJ, ATR, B757, B767, and B777 aircraft. With an additional six A320 units scheduled for delivery in April 2026, this represents an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and growing aviation group.

Position Overview

As an A320 First Officer, the incumbent will contribute to the airline's expansive network, serving destinations across Asia, the CIS, Europe, and the USA. This role offers a rewarding career path within a prestigious flag carrier.

Compensation and Contract

  • Salary: A competitive gross salary paid in USD, estimated between USD 5,000 to USD 6,500 per month, depending on experience.
  • Contract Term: A one-year renewable contract, providing long-term career stability and fostering a healthy work-life balance.
  • Commuting Schedule: A structured commuting contract offering 6 weeks on duty followed by 2 weeks off.

Key Requirements

The airline is looking for highly skilled and current A320 First Officers to support fleet growth and demanding operational schedules. Ideal candidates will meet the following qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Frozen ATPL or ATPL with an A320 type rating.
  • A minimum of 2,000 total flight hours.
  • Accumulation of at least 1,000 flight hours as a First Officer on the Airbus single-aisle family within the last 18 months.
  • A valid ICAO First Class Medical Certificate (restrictions such as OML are not accepted; VML may be acceptable).
  • Absence of any alcohol or substance abuse history as recorded by the issuing Civil Aviation Authority.
  • No involvement in accidents or incidents where the pilot was deemed at fault.
  • Demonstrated English proficiency, meeting ICAO Level 4 or higher (both verbal and written).
