The Position: Airbus A320 First Officer

Minimum Requirements
Candidates must strictly comply with the following mandatory criteria to be considered for the Airbus A320 First Officer position:
- Current Type Rating on the Airbus A320 series aircraft.
- Possession of a Valid ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) or CPL (Commercial Pilot License).
- A minimum flight experience of 100 hours on the Airbus A320 Type.
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Minimum English Language Proficiency Level ICAO 4.

Improved Roster Patterns

Summer Season (April 1st – October 31st)
- European Region: 20 days of duty followed by 8 consecutive days off (inclusive of positioning).
- Non-European Region: 30 days of duty followed by 15 consecutive days off (inclusive of positioning).
Winter Season (November 1st – March 31st)
- European Region: 20 days of duty followed by 8 consecutive days off (inclusive of positioning).
- Non-European Region: 33 days of duty followed by 13 consecutive days off (inclusive of positioning).
Seasonal Payment Conditions (Estimated)
Compensation structures vary based on seniority and season (based on an estimated 90 Block Hours per month):
Summer Season (April 1st – October 31st)
- Senior First Officer (SFO): Basic pay EUR 5,400 + EUR 10/BH (Estimated monthly total: EUR 6,300).
- First Officer (FO): Basic pay EUR 4,950 + EUR 10/BH (Estimated monthly total: EUR 5,850).
Winter Season (November 1st – March 31st)
- Senior First Officer (SFO): Basic pay EUR 4,000 + EUR 25/BH.
- First Officer (FO): Basic pay EUR 3,500 + EUR 25/BH.
