Position Summary

The client is currently seeking skilled and current A320 First Officers. The successful candidate will operate under a competitive Brookfield contractual agreement, offering stability and exposure to high-volume international operations within a premier Gulf region airline environment.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must strictly adhere to the following minimum criteria to be considered for the A320 First Officer position:

Possession of a Full ATPL and Frozen EASA (or equivalent acceptable license).
Minimum total flight time required: 1,500 hours.
Minimum 1,000 hours flown on Jet aircraft.
A minimum of 500 hours serving as Second-in-Command (SIC) on the Airbus A320 series.
Current A320 Type Rating with a minimum validity of six (6) months remaining.
The last flight on the A320 must have occurred within the preceding 120 days.
A valid License Proficiency Check (LPC) that aligns with the requirements of the last flight date.
Current and valid Medical Class 1 Certificate.

6. Last Proficiency Check documentation, valid for a minimum of six (6) months.

Technical Interview conducted by the airline’s management team.
Comprehensive Simulator Assessment (Sim Check).
Final validation of the pilot license with local regulatory authorities.
