Position Overview

The organization is currently recruiting highly skilled and type-current A320 First Officers (SIC). The selected candidate will operate under a secure and standardized Brookfield contract.

Minimum Candidate Requirements

Prospective First Officers must adhere strictly to the following essential criteria:

  • Licensing: Possession of a full Air Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) coupled with a Frozen EASA licence.
  • Total Flight Hours: A documented minimum of 1,500 total flight hours.
  • Jet Experience: A minimum of 1,000 hours flown on jet aircraft.
  • A320 Type Experience (SIC): A minimum of 500 hours logged as Second in Command (SIC) on the Airbus A320 family.
  • Type Rating Validity: A valid A320 type-rating endorsement, maintaining a minimum validity of 6 months.
  • Recent Experience: Must have completed the last flight on the A320 aircraft within the preceding 120 days.
  • Proficiency Check: A valid Licence Proficiency Check (LPC) that aligns with the requirements of the last flight.
  • Medical Certification: A current Class 1 Medical Certificate.

Compensation and Contractual Terms

The successful applicant will benefit from a highly competitive package and attractive conditions:

  • Remuneration: USD 8,500 NET salary paid monthly.
  • Contract Duration: An initial 8-month contract, subject to renewal based on performance and operational needs.
  • Accommodation and Transport: Provided accommodation and ground transport are included.
  • Ticketing Benefits: Provision of positioning tickets and access to ID 90 tickets across the airline’s network (subject to airline approval).
  • Insurance: Comprehensive International Medical Insurance coverage.
  • Roster Structure: Six (6) days off per month, subject to operational approval. Rosters allow for the possibility of joining two consecutive off-periods, resulting in up to twelve (12) consecutive days off.

  1. Submission of Application Documents (Mandatory Requirements):
    • An updated resume detailing required flight hours.
    • Valid EASA documentation (Frozen ATP and full ATPL Licence).
    • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
    • The last three (3) pages of the pilot logbook, which must be duly stamped and signed.
    • Last proficiency check certificate, valid for a minimum of 6 months.
    • Copy of valid passport.
  2. Technical interview conducted with the airline’s operational team.
  3. Simulator assessment check.
  4. Licence validation procedures conducted with local aviation authorities.
