The Airline, which is the official flag carrier for one of Asia's largest aviation markets, operates a substantial fleet exceeding 25 commercial aircraft, including the A320, ERJ, ATR, B757, B767, and B777. The fleet is poised for significant expansion, with six additional A320 units scheduled for delivery by April 2026, creating immediate and sustained career opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

The Airline offers highly competitive terms designed to provide stability and professional reward. Salaries are paid gross in USD, representing a significant financial advantage for foreign-based crew members.

• A320 Captain Salary Range: $8,500 – $9,500 USD per month.
• Contract Term: One year, renewable based on performance.
• Roster: Stable commuting contract offering six (6) weeks ON duty followed by two (2) weeks OFF duty.
• Accommodation: Provision of 4-star hotel lodging or a fully furnished apartment.
• Travel: Complimentary ground transportation and free flights within the carrier’s network.

Minimum Requirements for A320 Captains

The carrier requires highly current and qualified Captains to replenish the A320 fleet. Candidates must satisfy the following stringent professional criteria, ensuring compliance with the standards set by the relevant Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA).

Professional Qualifications

• Must hold a valid ATPL with a current A320 Type Rating.
• Must possess a valid ICAO First Class Medical Certificate; limitations are strictly reviewed (OML not accepted; VML may be acceptable).
• Successful completion of a Command Course acceptable to the SCAA is mandatory.
• Must demonstrate English proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher (verbal and written).
• No history of alcohol or substance misuse (verified via CAA records).
• No record of being held at fault in any prior accident or incident.

Experience Criteria

• A minimum of 6,500 total flight hours is required.
• A minimum of 3,000 hours as Commander (Pilot in Command, Left Seat only).
• All verifiable flight time must be accrued on commercial aircraft with an MTOW of 60 tons or greater.
• The pilot must have flown as a Commander within the last twelve (12) months on commercial air transport aircraft ($\ge 60$ tons), achieving at least 500 hours in command time.

Please note: Cruise Captain time and PIC time accrued while acting as a First Officer are not acceptable toward the command hour minimums.
