Position Overview

The A320 Captain will report directly to the Director of Flight Operations, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of all flight operations. Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) issued by CASA, EASA, ICAO, or FAA, with an A320 type rating endorsement.
  • Current and valid First Class Medical Certificate.
  • A minimum of 4,500 total flying hours.
  • At least 1,500 hours of flight experience on the A320 type.
  • A minimum of 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC), including a minimum of 500 hours as PIC on the A320 type.
  • Last flight on type (A320) must be within the preceding 12 months.
  • An unblemished record with no history of flight accidents or incidents.
  • English language proficiency equivalent to ICAO Level 4 or higher.

Contract Terms and Benefits

  • A fixed-term contract of 2 years, with the possibility of renewal.
  • A competitive remuneration package including basic salary, housing allowance, flight hour rate, flight sector rate, and a per diem allowance.
  • An annual leave entitlement of 16 days per year.
