Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Director of Flight Operations, the A320 Captain will assume a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency for all flights. This position provides the chance to command a modern A320 fleet, benefit from excellent ongoing training, and collaborate with a dedicated team committed to achieving operational excellence.
Requirements
Prospective A320 Captains must meet the following stringent criteria:
- Possession of a valid CASA/EASA/ICAO/FAA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) with a current A320 type rating endorsement.
- A current First Class Medical Certificate.
- A minimum of 4,500 total flying hours.
- At least 1,500 hours experience on the A320 aircraft type.
- A minimum of 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC), including at least 500 hours PIC specifically on the A320 type.
- Demonstrable recency, with the last flight on type performed within the past 12 months.
- An impeccable safety record, free from any history of flight accidents or incidents.
- English language proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or above.
