A320 Captain & Type Rating Instructor (TRI) – Direct Contract Opportunity

Position Overview
The airline is currently recruiting type-rated A320 Captains and qualified A320 Type Rating Instructors (TRIs). Successful candidates will be offered a direct employment contract with the airline, signifying a long-term commitment to their professional development and career progression within the organisation.
Minimum Requirements
For A320 Captains:
- Possession of a valid ICAO, EASA, or FAA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- A current and valid Airbus A320 Type Rating.
- A minimum of 6,000 total flight hours.
- A minimum of 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on the A320 type.
- An ICAO English Language Proficiency certificate Level 5 or higher.
- A demonstrably clean accident and incident history.
- Recency of experience, with the last flight on an A320 within the preceding six (6) months.
Additional Requirements for A320 Type Rating Instructors (TRIs):
- A valid A320 Type Rating Instructor (TRI) endorsement.
- A minimum of 7,000 total flying hours, including at least 2,000 hours on the Airbus A320.
- A minimum of 200 hours of instructional experience.
