A320 Captain (Summer Season 2025) - Tunisia
Brookfield Aviation International is delighted to announce recruitment on behalf of an existing client seeking experienced A320 Captains for the upcoming Summer 2025 season in Tunisia. This presents an exciting opportunity for qualified pilots to operate the A320 aircraft during peak operational months.
Position Requirements
Candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Minimum 5,000 total jet hours.
- Minimum 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on the A320 aircraft type.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Hold a valid ICAO Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Recent flight experience on the A320 within the last six months.
- Possess a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
Terms and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered the following terms for the contract period (May 2025 to October 2025 - 6 months):
- Competitive Captain salary of 9,000 EUR based on a minimum of 80 block hours per month.
- Overtime compensation at 110 EUR per hour for block hours exceeding 80 per month.
- Housing allowance provided: 2,500 TND for bases in Monastir, or 3,000 TND for bases in Djerba.
- Scheduled 8 days off per month, including 5 consecutive days and 3 non-consecutive days.
- Monthly provision of one free travel ticket on company destinations for the pilot. One additional ticket for a family member is provided for the duration of the contract.
- Travel insurance coverage.
- Health insurance provided under the company's terms.
- Reimbursement of assessment ticket costs upon successful completion.
