AirSial A320 Pilot Position

AirSial, a private Pakistani airline established in December 2020, is seeking experienced and dedicated A320 pilots to join its growing team. The airline, headquartered in Karachi, has expanded its operations to include both domestic and international routes, with destinations in the Middle East. Position: A320 Pilot

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the safe and efficient operation of AirSial's A320 fleet.
Fly domestic and international routes, primarily focused on regional Middle Eastern destinations.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.

Requirements:

Valid EASA/ICAO/FAA licenses with a minimum of 6 months remaining after application.
Total flight time of 5000 hours on any aircraft type.
Minimum 1000 hours as Pilot-in-Command on the A320.
English proficiency level 5.
Current medical class 1 certificate.
Recent flight experience within the last 6 months to 1 year.
RNAV/RNP and Minimum CAT II qualified.
Fresh PPC/LPC required upon joining.

Terms:

Paid training provided prior to assessment.
Positioning flights offered.
Monthly basic fee of USD 9500.
Overtime payment of USD 100 per block hour after exceeding 80 block hours per month.
3 months ON and 2 weeks OFF roster pattern (90/15).
Ground transportation provided.
Accommodation provided.
Local medical insurance included.
Normal operating bases include Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Sialkot, and Muscat.
