About the Role
BA Cityflyer is seeking experienced Captains to join their dynamic team at London City Airport. Operating the Embraer 190 aircraft, Captains will be responsible for delivering exceptional flight experiences for business and leisure passengers flying into the heart of London. This role involves working flexibly within a close-knit team to support a seven-day-a-week operation, encompassing business, charter, and leisure flights with varied rosters including day trips, night stops, and tours.
Requirements

Current UK CAA Part-FCL ATPL (A) licence, or the ability to convert to a UK licence via CAA EASA transfer process route 5 or 6.

A current type rating with a minimum of 4000 total hours.

A minimum of 1500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) of a commercial jet or multi-engine turboprop aircraft.

The 1500 PIC hours must be on an aircraft with a Maximum Take-Off Weight (MTOW) of 20,000kg or greater and must not include PICUS hours.

ICAO English language proficiency Level 6.

Valid Multi-Engine Instrument Rating.

Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate (valid for 6 months after the date of joining).

E-Jet type rating is desirable but not essential.

Currently operating as a Captain is desirable.
