Flight Attendant - Part-Time

Breeze Airways seeks enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Part-Time Flight Attendants at the Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport (PVD) base. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety, comfort, and positive onboard experience for all passengers, while upholding Breeze Airways' commitment to excellence.

About the Role

As a Flight Attendant, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional guest experience, embodying Breeze Airways' core values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence. Key responsibilities include cabin monitoring, executing emergency and evacuation procedures, providing first aid, conducting security screenings, managing onboard services, maintaining cabin cleanliness, and adhering to all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company training requirements. This position demands maintaining a safe work environment, remaining composed during high-stress situations, and collaborating effectively with fellow team members. Duties extend to utilizing inflight technology, preparing and serving refreshments, ensuring hygiene standards, delivering important announcements, and administering medical assistance when necessary. The role also involves physical activities such as lifting, pushing, pulling carts, and assisting passengers with accessibility needs.

Requirements

• A minimum age of 21 years at the time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to travel to and from the United States without restriction.
• A current passport with at least six months of validity remaining.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English, including the ability to communicate emergency instructions clearly.
• Availability for varied operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, overnights, weekends, holidays, extended shifts, and Reserve Assignments.
• Willingness to adhere to Breeze Airways' Tattoo and Piercing policy, which prohibits teeth embellishments while in uniform.
• Successful completion of all required training programs, including a three-plus-week full-time Flight Attendant Training course.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including operating aircraft doors and emergency exits, lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling carts, working in confined cabin environments, and assisting passengers with the inflight wheelchair.
• Passage of DOT drug testing, TSA fingerprint-based criminal history screening, and Breeze background checks.
